The monthly monitoring fee is the basic fee covering capture of the full flow. The service mix then applies on top: a 30% Headliner share bills 30% of stories at the Headliner rate and moves the service $/story — and every figure in the top display — immediately. All rates start at zero and are set in the admin rate card. For reference, 49.3% of monitored items name the Mayor, Council or a named member.
Evolving multilingual requirements exceed current flat-rate structure; expanding community coverage is the client ask.
All values editable, including the saturation scale (OFF rank = below the Sparse threshold). Every rate ships at zero — nothing is priced until you price it. Set any fee to 0 to exclude it. Values persist locally in this browser only.

How to read this: each row is a media language we monitor. Stories and active sources are what the Brampton list actually produced over 24 months; the demographic anchor is the corresponding census presence in the five ridings; the coverage read compares the two — where the community is larger than its media footprint, the list has room to grow.

Two list-building opportunities: Caribbean media punch under the African-Canadian population weight (esp. Brampton West), and Tagalog/Filipino coverage is near-zero against Canada's fastest-growing immigrant cohort.
